Toothbrush
My daughters toothbrush (with exchangeable head) broke, so I recreated a 3D model of the shaft and printed her a new one.
I started modeling the connector, thus the first prototype wasn't much a shaft. The blue prints have been done with 200 microns, the final orange shaft has been printed with the maximum resolution of my Felix 3.0: 50 microns. Here is a closeup of the shaft connected it's head:
