Buckle
Yesterday my daughter came home, telling me that one of the buckles of her backpack was broken. "One more job for my Felix ..." I thought an started immediately to design a piece that would fit the female counter part.
I needed three prototypes that did not fit well. The forth print was finally what I expected it to be. Strangly the last print, with 150 microns, was better than all the previously with 10 microns.
As my daught broke the new piece again, I adjusted the design in order to enforce the weak points (cf. the ligh blue parts).
