Musroom Light

Based upon this project on Thingiverse, I slightly modified the head and printed my on mushroom light. In order to make it light during the light and charge during the day, I've added some very simple electronics.

For the electronics I've used:

• a QX55252F controller
• a 170uH inductor
• a small solar panel
• a AA Ni-MH rechargeable battery
• a LED (20mA @ 3V)

The circuit does not deliver 3V, but the LED works fine.

Finally I've printed a nice case where the solar panel fits in. I've also integrated a battery holder, which I found here.
